Growing up, I have always had a passion about the job field and most importantly identifying the difference between a job and a career. I sought to seek how an employer can look past the resume & interview to hire. Unfortunately it’s impossible! What is possible however is being able to spin your resume & perform in an interview that allows you to prove to your future employer that you are the best person for the position.
